Using 1Todo
1Todo is a personal organiser operated by Prifecto UG, Berliner Straße 69, 13189 Berlin, Germany. Use it only if you are at least 16 and entitled to provide the information you enter. Keep your account secure. You remain responsible for your content and for choosing who can access it.
Respectful sharing
Before sharing content or collaborating on shared content, you must accept these terms. Share only with people who want to collaborate with you. Do not upload or share unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, spam, impersonation, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not use invitations to contact someone who has asked you to stop.
Your content and privacy
You keep your rights in your content. You grant 1Todo permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, including displaying shared lists and projects to the people you invite. Read our Privacy Policy for the information we process and how to request deletion. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information about other people.
Reports, blocks and access
Use Report or block beside an invitation or shared item, or in its sharing dialog, to report content or a user to the 1Todo operator. Reports include the shared item's title, the parties to the share and your explanation. The operator reviews reports manually and may remove shared access or take appropriate account action. We do not promise immediate review. Blocking removes existing invitations and shared access between you and that person in both directions and prevents future invitations. Unblocking does not restore previous access. A block cannot recall copies or information that a recipient already saved.
Beta service
Beta features may change or be interrupted. Keep a separate copy of important information. These terms do not limit consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may restrict sharing or suspend misuse of the service, with appropriate consideration for the report and applicable law.
Contact and changes
Contact priyom@prifecto.com about support, reports or these terms. If the terms change materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue sharing or collaborating.
