1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 1Todo. Our refund terms vary depending on your subscription type. Please review the section that applies to your plan before making a purchase.
2. Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions
All monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription period has been paid for, no refunds will be issued for that period, including partial refunds for unused time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.
3. Lifetime Deal Refunds
Lifetime deal purchases include a refund guarantee tied to the continued operation of the 1Todo service. If 1Todo permanently ceases operations ("shuts down"), refunds for lifetime deal purchases will be determined based on how long the service was available to you after your purchase date:

3.1 Pro-Rated Refund Calculation
For lifetime deal purchases where the service operated between 1 and 3 years after your purchase date, the pro-rated refund is calculated as follows:
For example, if you purchased a lifetime deal and the service operated for 18 months, you would receive 50% of your purchase price as a refund.
3.2 Important Notes
- The "service duration" is measured from the date of your lifetime deal purchase to the date 1Todo officially announces permanent cessation of service.
- Temporary outages, maintenance periods, or feature changes do not constitute a service shutdown.
- In the event of a shutdown, we will notify all users at least 30 days in advance and provide instructions for requesting a refund and exporting your data.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of a valid refund request.
4. General Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted to hello@1todo.app.
- Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated purchases and refund requests, may result in account suspension.
- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Existing purchases will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this refund policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. If there is a conflict between this policy and your local consumer protection laws, your statutory rights will prevail.
5.1 European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Send an email to hello@1todo.app within 14 days of your purchase, clearly stating your wish to withdraw.
- Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and your order or transaction reference (if available).
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note: if you have explicitly consented to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not apply. However, if the service has not been fully performed at the time of your withdrawal request, you may be entitled to a partial refund proportional to the services not yet provided.
5.2 Other Jurisdictions
If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer refund or cancellation rights (such as consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law), those rights apply in addition to this policy.
